 Ship of the Desert

El Marsa, Morocco is where the Sahara sweeps in to the Atlantic Ocean. Now dismantled, this vessel found its final resting place in the shifting sands in the port.

Random fun fact: The ship was near the longest belt conveyor system in the world— 98 km (61 mi) long, from the phosphate mines of Bu Craa to the coast south of El-Aaiun.
